Sunflowers project in Lindi

Pupil´s in Lindi grew sunflowers

In spring of 2021 Pexa – the mascot from Dalton school in Houten (Netherlands) brought us sunflower seeds. We put the seeds to grow in our classrooms and watched their growing for few weeks.

Then children took their baby plants to their homes and planted in their gardens. The summer was very dry and hot and many of these plants did not survived. But some of them grew very tall and had beautiful blossoms.
